Our instructors craft playlists to match the energy of each phase of your workout—whether you’re pushing resistance on the bike, powering through intervals on the tread, or breathing through your final strength block. Each 60-minute, instructor-led class splits your time between beat-driven cardio (Cycle or Tread) and targeted, strength-based training. This dynamic fusion elevates endurance, builds lean muscle, and rewires how you show up for yourself—in the studio and beyond.
