CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Start with high-intensity cardio in the cycling room, then follow your coach to the strength room to finish with focused training. A dynamic, coach-led workout from start to finish.

Spend half the class on the treadmill for heart-pumping intervals, then switch to the strength room for targeted training. Coach led strength SPLIT programed for a maximum muscle building impact.

A 90-minute triple-threat workout: 30 minutes on the treadmill, 30 in the strength room, and 30 on the bike. One epic session—no extra charge.
