A balanced fusion of power and endurance. This 60-minute class combines the high-energy intensity of indoor cycling with targeted strength training. Transition seamlessly between heart-pumping cardio on the bike and powerful strength exercises to challenge your body and elevate your fitness.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Strength Training Structure: Classes alternate between heavy lifting days (focused on strength and power) and light/volume days (higher reps, endurance, and conditioning).
Balanced Muscle Groups: Every major muscle group is trained across the week, with dedicated push, pull, lower-body, and total-body days.
